Hello and welcome, friends!

My name is Rubi Segura, and I'm a Houston-based photographer who loves capturing and preserving special moments in photographs — from love stories and wedding days to editorial work. Though I'm based in Houston, TX, I'm always up for traveling to new locations for a shoot.

I've been passionate about photography since I was a kid, inspired by my parents, who always captured our family moments on video and in photos. Because of them, I grew up in front of the camera as much as behind it — posing with my younger sister and cousins for hours on end, then later carrying my own small digital camera everywhere for months at a time.

My style has evolved over the years into something more natural and true-to-color. I take great pride in making clients feel comfortable and confident during every shoot, whether that means directing poses, scouting the perfect location, helping pick the right outfit, choosing props, or anything else it takes to get the shot.
